Yes. Free includes 3,000 emails a month, up to 100 a day, with no card, and it does not expire. Every feature is on it. Every new account, free or paid, can send only to addresses at its own verified domains until we have reviewed it, usually within a day. That review is why a free plan here does not cost other senders their reputation: no account can email strangers until a person has looked at it.

Pro includes 10,000 emails a month. Past that, every additional 1,000 is $1, added to your next invoice. On Free there is no overage: sending pauses at 3,000 for the month, or 100 for the day, until the limit resets or you upgrade. We email you as you approach a limit.

Subscribe to Pro from Usage & billing whenever you like, and the new allowance starts that day. Cancel from the same page: Pro runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then the account goes back to Free. Your contacts, campaigns, and event history stay where they are.

One accepted message to one recipient. A message to three recipients counts as three. Messages rejected before they leave Outsend — suppressed addresses, unverified domains, failed validation — are not billed.

Both, on separate streams with separate suppression lists. Broadcast campaigns are on every plan, including warm-up ramps that step a new sending identity up gradually rather than all at once.

On the Dedicated plan, on request. HIPAA-regulated sending belongs on isolated infrastructure, so we do not offer a BAA on shared plans — that would be a document rather than a control.

On Free, sending pauses at the limit and picks up again when it resets or you upgrade. On Pro, volume past 10,000 is billed at $1 per 1,000, up to 10,000 emails a day, which we raise on request; the daily ceiling also means a leaked key cannot run up a bill overnight. Rate limits (60 requests per minute, 1,000 per hour per API key) return a 429 with a clear message rather than silently dropping mail, and we raise them on request on any plan.

If you are moving a newsletter list, it is an export, an import, and a domain to verify — and the unsubscribes come across with it. If you are moving code, the API is close enough to what you already use that most migrations are a base URL, a key, and a field-name pass.
